The deadline for regular and survey papers is October 31, 2016, that is, exactly in 19 weeks.
Papers can be submitted on classical contributor basis by specifying in which coordinating committee the contribution falls (see submission procedure). Papers may also be submitted within Invited Sessions (authors are in such case invited by the session organizer), or within Open Invited Tracks, the authors then have only to make sure that their contribution falls into the scope of the track (see the list of submitted tracks).
Invited Session and Open Invited Track proposal deadline is September 15, 2016.
