Dear Congress Delegates,
As General Chair please accept my apologies for the difficulties that were encountered yesterday. Thank you for reporting the technical issues that have occurred with connection to the beamer projectors or screens. We also acknowledge your difficulties concerning the small size of some session rooms compared to the audience willing to attend. The Congress organization team is doing its best to improve the situation. Some additional technicians will be on site tomorrow.
We also recommend all presenters to come, in advance, to their session room and test their laptop. We invite session Chairs to eventually organize a shared laptop with all or most of the presentations ready for the session.
Some recommendations:
- At level -1 of the Congress Center you will find the exhibition with industrial partners, publishers and tourism offers, it is also a great place to gather for coffee beak and discussions with colleagues around a table.
- During lunch time in the Compans Caffarelli garden the Victor Hugo Village is ready to welcome you tomorrow for more amazing food.
