The IFAC 2017 local organization provides somes accomodation services that should fit for most congress attendees:

- 2 booking services for hotels (hurry! rooms may not be available after 15 May)

- Connect to the dedicated booking web service
- Go to any of your favorite dedicated web services or contact hotels directly. There are many more hotels in Toulouse than those listed below. The ones accessible using IFAC2017 dedicated booking service are those that accepted IFAC2017 pre-booking and negociated prices.
It is recommended to book as soon as possible!
July might be quite busy this year in Toulouse because of sports events such as Tour de France (starts from Blagnac in the Toulouse suburbs on July 15th), prestige rugby/football game between the 1998 football world champions and the local State Toulousain rugby team (July 10th).
When booking with the booking web service
- Step 1: Accommodation
Select a hotel category and then a hotel among those of the category. This will give you access to the proposed rooms (single and double) and prices. You may notice that some hotels have have differentiated prices depending on the nights. In this case you should add to your basket each one of the nights you want to book. Otherwise select your arrival and departure days and add to your basket. When rooms have been added to your basket (do not forget to "add to the basket"!), you may proceed with the following step by pressing the "Next" button.
The listed hotel rooms have been pre-booked for IFAC 2017 attendees. By default the booking period is from 9 July to 15 July. If you need to book more nights, please send an email to Maya POUJOL (mpoujol@cdt-haute-garonne.fr) for assistance. - Step 2: Registration fee
A web service registration fee of 2€ is added basket (independently of the number of booked nights). A optional cancelation insurance can also be added at the price of 2.08% of the total amount. If you are confident about your travel to Toulouse, but not yet sure about the exact arrival/departure dates, any change of dates will not be charged if requested before 1 May 2017. - Step 3: Contact details
Enter your name and address, the billing address, the name of the person with whom you share the room (if applies), and a password allowing you to reconnect to the web service for possible ulterior modifications. - Step 4: Summary
A summary of your booking is displayed. You must agree with the terms and conditions to proceed to secure payment (CB, MasterCard or VISA only).
In case of any difficulties or questions concerning this hotel booking web service, please contact Maya POUJOL (mpoujol@cdt-haute-garonne.fr) for assistance. Bare in mind that processing special requests takes some time. Additional nights to those initially offered on the web service can be purchased, but since it is not within the initially negotiated pre-booking contract, the procedure is not immediate.
