IFAC 2017 World Congress, Toulouse, France

The deadline for final paper upload has been postponed to 7 April 2017 in order to facilitate registrations and paper upload. This is a firm deadline and there will be no further extension.

The pre-Congres program features:

• 18 IFAC Workshops and Tutorials selected by the International Program Committee
• some additional Sponsored Workshops and Tutorials.

Reminder about Young Author Support program by IFAC foundation: Deadline for applications is 20 March 2017. See details.

The Committee received 58 applications and selected 25 young authors who will receive a financial support. The application and evaluation procedure is closed and the awardees have been informed.

Paper acceptance email have been sent on Monday 27 February 2017. Congratulations to the authors of the nearly 2800 accepted papers and extended abstracts.

The IFAC 2017 World Congress has received 4256 contributions. The International Program Committee works hard to finalize the reviewing/selection process. Most of the work has been done. Associate Editors and Technical Associate Editors have finalized the evaluation of each contribution. Nevertheless, acceptance/rejection notifications may not be ready for the initial date of 20 February 2017. The notifications are postponed to 24 February.

Update on 24 February: decisions are almost ready but some last cross check should be done. New notification date: 27 February.
